Andrew is a Senior level Support and Community consultant with over a decade in Customer focused roles. ‍He has spent the last 5 years working in customer success, and loved every minute of it. During that time, he built a strong empathetic mindset and a focus around how products designed with a focus on customer first lead to the most successful organizations. He was always looking for the next step in his journey. So in 2020 he went back to school and graduated from UX+UI boot-camp at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Working mainly in the SAAS and Technology Industries, Andrew has helped build and uplevel teams from Customer Support all the way to Customer Success, Community Management and Account Management. He is passionate about fusing Customer Focused design with fun and engaging marketing strategies to drive impactful engagement and brand loyalty.

He recently moved to the Denver, CO area and when he is not working he loves exploring National Parks, climbing, baking, going to live concerts, and trying new restaurants with his wife and son.
